Register 4 Seats Remaining
Learn the basics of sewing! Topics include: setting up a sewing machine, exploring different stitches, understanding seam allowances, and building a strong foundation for future projects.
This is an in-person program and registration is required.
The program will be offered three times over two days at Sherwood Village:
March 17: 1:30–3:30 pm & 6:00–8:00 pm
March 18: 6:00–8:00 pm
Participants will be creating a pillow. All materials are provided.
Instructions will be repeated at each session. Please note that this is not a series—register for only one date and time that works best for you. Duplicate registrations will be removed.
The program will be offered again in April at the George Bothwell Branch.
Presenter Information: Alana Delorme is an elementary school teacher and avid sewer, and she looks forward to sharing her love of sewing and learning with others. She is the owner of Bobbin' Along Creations and has years of sewing experience and a passion for creating new things.
