Chair yoga is a great activity for older adults or anyone looking for a gentle way to stretch, tone, relax and improve your range of motion. Presented by experienced instructor Naomi Hunter.
You have the option to participate in this program either in-person at the Central Library Film Theatre or online through Zoom.

Audience: Armchair programs are designed with seniors in mind, but anyone who is interested is welcome to join!
Dates: Armchair programs run Mondays, September 11 - November 27 from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM. We encourage you to join us in all the sessions. There is no session October 9.
