This is an in-person program. Please, do not attend if you are not feeling well.
Nigerian cuisine is a dynamic fusion of bold flavors and textures, showcasing dishes like suya, a spicy grilled meat, and fufu, a starchy accompaniment served with savory soups. Jollof rice, a vibrant and aromatic one-pot delicacy, stands out as a symbol of communal gatherings, prepared with rice cooked in a tomato-based sauce enriched with spices and hearty meats.
