This is an in-person, drop in program. No registration is required. 

Regina Public Library is committed to providing programs for Older Adults. Health Connect programs partner with local experts to provide education on health related topics which seek to enhance the well-being of Regina's Older Adults. This program is offered in partnership with YMCA of Regina, https://regina.ymca.ca. All Health Connect programs are sponsored by Saskatchewan Blue Cross, https://www.sk.bluecross.ca.
