#3. Tropical Houseplants Part 2: The second part of the series will address plant maintenance, transplanting, and troubleshooting houseplants. 

#4. Summer Container Combinations: It's time to think outside our typical plant lists and be visually inspired to get more creative with our annual containers with locally sourced, easy-to-grow bedding plants.

Presenter Information: Aside from holding her Master Gardener accreditation, Sheila studied greenhouse crop production and has owned Mannequin Gardening Solutions since 2011, providing landscape and garden consulting services to homeowners in Regina and the surrounding region.  With her 30 years of experience gardening on the Canadian prairies, Sheila offers homeowners advice no matter their skill level, to achieve success in their outdoor spaces and vegetable gardens.  Additionally, she designs beautiful, budget-friendly landscapes and flower gardens for clients that withstand our harsh growing climate.  
Sheila’s winters are spent presenting to gardeners nationwide that are interested in learning about the many horticultural topics she is passionate about.  Her presentations visually inspire and detail commonsense approaches to being sustainable and successful in our urban landscapes.

About the branch

Albert Branch is an inner-city branch that serves the North Central area of Regina. It is located in mâmawêyatitân centre, a one-of-a-kind facility shared by the City of Regina, the Regina Board of Education and Regina Public Library to that offers integrated services and resources and services to in the North Central community.

Albert Branch offers an extensive collection of adult, young adult and juvenile materials that support and reflect the members of this unique community. The Branch also offers programming that develops knowledge and understanding of the diverse cultural groups in Regina, while highlighting the Indigenous community.

The Albert Branch collection includes fiction and non-fiction titles, CDs, DVDs/Blu-ray, spoken word, graphic novels, magazines, family literacy kits, Indigenous language kits and access to all the RPL digital resources.
