Presenter Information Holly Bardutz, PhD, is brain researcher at the University of Regina in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies. Her topics of research include brain health and fitness in the adult population. She has designed and teaches brain health classes based on current topics of brain research.
Alison Singharath: Alison has a passion for good brain health. She has an undergraduate in Psychology, has worked in healthcare for over 10 years and has been a brain-body fitness instructor for over five years. She always tries to encourage people to keep their bodies and brains active in a fun way!
