Presenter Information: Sydney is a Registered Dietitian working at Food to Fit Nutrition Inc. in Regina, Saskatchewan. Her professional focus areas include eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, and body image counselling. She uses a trauma-informed approach to nutrition and health, looking at people as a whole rather than just their food and body related struggles. She believes that creating a more positive relationship with food can be a tool for improving your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
