Parkinson Canada support group sessions are designed to provide a safe, comfortable place for people to connect and share with each other on how to live well with Parkinson's.
Parkinson Support Group Program is offered in-person from 1:30pm-2:30pm on the first Wednesday of the month January 4, February 1, March 1.
Parkinson Key Topic Presentation meetings will run Tuesday mid-month from 7:00pm-8:00pm January 17, February 21, March 21. Key topics will be hosted by a Specialist, Health Care professional, etc.
All sessions are in-person at Sunrise Branch Library - 3130 E Woodhams Drive (within the Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre). Please do not attend if you're feeling unwell.

· April 18th- 7:00-8:00 pm - Pam Lamon, MS, SLP-C Certified Speech Language Pathologist Connect Speech-Language Therapy - Session will include opportunity for group participation
· May 3rd - 1:30-2:30 pm - Saskatchewan Health Authority - Home Care Services
· May 16th - 7:00-8:00 pm - Amanda McNaughton - Rock Steady Boxing - Session will include opportunity for group participation
Sunrise Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1990 and since then has operated as a full-service branch for the residents of Regina.
The Branch offers a variety of programs, services, and collections suitable for all ages:
Newspapers, magazines, and more than 47,000 books
Recorded books, large-print materials and a special collection for learners of English
French language books for children and a small, regularly changing collection of Chinese language books
A DVD collection
Over 2,000 music CDs
A permanent book sale shelf
A book drop for items to be returned when the Branch is closed
