This gentle class provides an opportunity for new moms to get together and participate in an instructor lead exercise program. Babies welcome although it is not a "baby and me" class.
The focus will be on both recovery and building strength in the pelvic floor and core as well as functional movements to strengthen the whole body.
Please bring an exercise mat if you own one.
The class will be led by Alicia Moore, a CPTN-PT certified personal trainer. Alicia also holds a certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Design from the American Academy of Health and Fitness. Alicia loves helping other women get strong and stay strong.
