Spoken in the language of Mandarin, this workshop series will guide you through a process of personal growth, insight and transformation using expressive arts. Connect with what is inside of you – your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions – with your outer reality and life experiences. This is a chance for you to gently learn about yourself with the art therapist as a guide.
