This program helps older adults become more physically active. It includes endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions.
This is an in-person program offered in partnership with Saskatchewan Health Authority
Dates: Due to demand, this program is now registered. Registration has closed. This program is fully registered. To register, please come to the March 5th class. Registrations will be first come-first served at the beginning of class. Two classes are available - 1:00-2:00 and 2:30 -3:30.
Equipment Required: Exercise bands, 2-5lb dumbbells and handballs. Bands can be purchased for $5 from the Forever In Motion leader. If you do not have dumbbells bring two cans of soup or 500ml water bottles. Handballs can be purchased from most dollar stores.

Sunrise Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1990 and since then has operated as a full-service branch for the residents of Regina.

French language books for children and a small, regularly changing collection of Chinese language books

Over 2,000 music CDs
A permanent book sale shelf
A book drop for items to be returned when the Branch is closed
