Enjoy Pilates! Focus on strengthening your core, moving your spine, better posture, and body awareness and balance. Every level of fitness is welcome. Pilates can be modified for every individual.
This is an in-person program. Register to receive a reminder and any other resources.
Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat if you can. While there are some to borrow there are not enough for everyone. Yoga blocks are helpful but not necessary.

Presenter Information: Deb Hansen has been a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor for 21 years. She continues to teach all levels and types of Pilates classes. She loves helping people to feel better and get stronger.
