For families. Drop in and play traditional games from around the world including Ludo, Mancala, Chinese Checkers, Scopa, Go and more.

Some board games have existed for thousands of years and they're deeply rooted in ancient civilization. They have not only evolved over time but have crossed borders and cultures. Playing board games can provide participants with an opportunity to develop an understanding of history and cultural differences.

About the branch

Regina Public Library opened its first shopping mall location as what was then known as Regent Park Branch in 1966.

Since 1995, Regent Place Branch called 107 Albert Street home, and provided the community with a full-service Library Branch.

In February 2012, the Branch moved into a temporary location in the Regina Market Mall, while a new Regent Place Branch was being designed and built.
