Enjoy Pilates focusing on strengthening your core, moving your spine, better posture, and body awareness and balance. Every level of fitness is welcome. Pilates can be modified for every individual.

Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat if you can. While there are some to borrow there are not enough for everyone. Yoga blocks are helpful but not necessary.

Presenter Information: Deb Hansen has been a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor for 21 years. She continues to teach all levels and types of Pilates classes Mat, reformer and all other equipment based classes. She loves helping people to feel better and get stronger. Regina Public Library opened its first shopping mall location as what was then known as Regent Park Branch in 1966.
Since 1995, Regent Place Branch called 107 Albert Street home, and provided the community with a full-service Library Branch.
In February 2012, the Branch moved into a temporary location in the Regina Market Mall, while a new Regent Place Branch was being designed and built.
