This SHA program helps older adults become more physically active. It includes endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions.
This is an in-person program.
Dates: Program runs Thursday afternoons. This is a drop-in program; no registration required. No sessions March 13th or April 10th.
Equipment Required: Exercise bands, 2-5lb dumbbells and handballs. Bands can be purchased for $5 from the Forever In Motion leader. If you do not have dumbbells bring two cans of soup or 500ml water bottles. Handballs can be purchased from most dollar stores.
