One-to-one Behavioral Interview Coaching

Got an upcoming interview? Not sure how to handle behavioral questions? Book an appointment today for personalized STAR method interview coaching. Please read the descriptions below before signing up.

Target Audience:

• Adults and Teens expecting an upcoming job interview. Note that this program is not for general resume review or job search assistance. 

Program Details:

• What: Focused interview preparation session (45 minutes) with a volunteer coach.
• When: Choose your preferred time slot (2:00 PM or 2:45 PM) by emailing Tim at txie@reginalibrary.ca  
• Where: Online via Zoom (link provided in confirmation email).

How to Prepare:

• Register: Register only once. Multiple registrations will be removed to allow others access.
• Send Materials: After registering, immediately email your resume, cover letter, and the job description for the position you are interviewing for to Tim at txie@reginalibrary.ca  This allows your coach time to prepare. All information is kept confidential.
• Confirm Attendance: Space is limited. You must confirm your attendance upon receiving the confirmation email from Tim. Unconfirmed spots will be offered to others.
  Important Information:

*This program is run by volunteer coaches and is subject to their availability. If you don't receive a confirmation email with a time slot this week, we will contact you to schedule a session at the next available opportunity.
