A feast and round dance is a traditional First Nation ceremony that combines a feast with a dance to celebrate community, giving thanks, honouring people, and healing. It is a time of visiting, singing, and dancing, which can last from sundown until sun up. Ages 13+ are welcome to attend.

Knowledge Keeper Jeff Cappo is from Muscowpetung First Nation. He is an Indigenous Education Coordinator, an advocate for Indigenous worldview, traditions, language, and land-based learning.
