In this two-part series, participants will engage in Tai Chi practices that promote holistic well-being. Come to one or both sessions, and feel free to bring friends along for a relaxing evening of breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, conversation, and connection! We encourage you to join both sessions.
Presenter Information: Lena Wu left Beijing, China in the midst of her early teaching career to pursue a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Regina, which she completed in 1999. Her personal journey of healing, embracing, and transforming through tai chi deepened her understanding of education. With 12 years of experience in teaching and learning in the areas of multi-culture, meditation, and tai chi, she is passionate about offering mindful approaches to help program participants achieve internal and external Yin-Yan balance.
