Ages 10 to 13. Connect your child to rich, meaningful, intergenerational programming with their very own senior volunteer also known as a GrandPal
GrandPals at the Library is a program that aims to foster intergenerational learning through storytelling, discussion and creation through various modes of art and expression each week. By registering, your child is encouraged to attend for seven consecutive weeks including the last week celebration event. Ideally, they will be paired with the same senior volunteer each week. All supplies provided.
Sessions are scheduled from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesdays: Oct 16, Oct 23, Oct 30, Nov 6, Nov 13, Nov 20, and Dec 4. No session on Nov 27.
