In honour of Remembrance Day, Indigenous beaders have been creating beaded poppies to recognize the contributions of veterans. Join in to learn how to create your own beaded poppy pin.
Program Dates: This online program is held on Wednesdays, November 9, 16, 23 & 30 from 7:00-8:00 PM. Plan to attend all four sessions.
Registration: Registration opens on October 26 at 12:00 PM.
Materials Provided: Pick up your beading kit at the Central Branch, 2311-12th Ave. Kits will be available for pickup between November 1-7 during library open hours. One kit per registered customer.

Presenter Bio: Katelyn, is an Indigenous artist from Treaty 4. She grew up in a powwow family and has been beading since the age of 13. Katelyn teaches beading for various organizations throughout Saskatchewan. She enjoys passing on her knowledge to others, in the hope that they will do the same.
