Small Business Week was officially launched across Canada in 1981 by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). Entrepreneurs come together every year at hundreds of events across Canada to learn, network with other entrepreneurs and celebrate entrepreneurship. Small Business Week for 2022 falls on the week of October 16-22. Regina Public Library hosts a weeklong series of free events and education seminars to support small business and celebrate entrepreneurship.
