Ages 6 to 12. Learn about the science of sound by participating in a variety of fun experiments.
You'll need the following supplies: rubber bands, tin can, medium sized bowl, plastic wrap (enough to fit over bowl); sugar or salt, string or yarn (at least 6 feet), ruler or wooden spoon, one small metal spoon and one bigger metal spoon, 2 paper or plastic cups (have to punch hole in bottom), 4 glasses (medium size) and water.
This program is conducted through Zoom.
One hour prior to the program, we will send you an email with the Zoom meeting ID. Please ensure that you have Zoom installed on your device or computer. If you don’t have a library card, please visit https://www.reginalibrary.ca/register
