Cooking Workshop: Peshawari Chappali Kebabs

Cook along with us as we learn how to make these delicious traditional kebabs and explore some spices from Pakistan. We will be making Pashtun-style minced kebabs.

Want to cook along?  Full recipe will be emailed out to participants.  You will need:

• Ground beef,
• Onion,
• Tomatoes,
• green chillies,
• minced garlic,
• minced ginger,
• Eggs,
• Gram flour,
• Salt, Ground red pepper, regular chilli powder, dry coriander powder, Pomegranate seeds, cumin seeds and oil.

This program is conducted through Zoom.

• One hour prior to the program, we will send you an email with the Zoom meeting ID.
