Make a sculpture of a creature that can bring you strength and resilience during difficult times. Pick up your materials kit at Dunlop Art Gallery, Central Library between January 14 – 21, 2021.
Must attend both sessions
Good for families. Younger children will need assistance. Artist Sylvia Ziemann will show you how to sculpt with clay and other mixed media. In the first session you will create an animal head of clay. In the second session, you will paint and dress the body provided in the kit. Send a photo of you and your finished creature by Feb 5 to wpeart@reginalibrary.ca to be displayed at Central Library. Participants who submit a photo will be entered to win one of three signed photographs of Sylvia’s artwork. Pick up your kits of materials at Dunlop Art Gallery, Central Library between January 14 – 21, 2021.

• scissors
• pencil or pen
• glue or glue gun, if you have
