Kitchen Table Talks: Aging Well

Join us at our virtual kitchen table as our guests discuss the challenges of aging and what we know about aging well. Learn about what community supports are available for seniors in Regina.

Kitchen Table Talks are a simple and powerful way to have important conversations in a comfortable environment.  Join us to discuss how seniors and caregivers can promote healthy aging, prevent loneliness and isolation and support those with physical or cognitive impairments with a special focus in navigating COVID-19-related challenges.

• Abby Wolfe, Public Awareness Coordinator at the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan
• Lisa Telfer, Orientation and Mobility Specialist from Vision Loss Rehabilitation Saskatchewan.
